What is a return policy?
We offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery if your item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process your replacement or refund quickly.
Note: Some limited-edition, Custom jewelry or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Online payments via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Visa, Payoneer, and GPay will be added soon once integration is complete.
Do you sell gift cards?
Not yet — but we’re working on launching digital gift cards so you can surprise your loved ones with KlasWare style.
